Brett Rein

Brett Rein is an experienced Restorative Justice Facilitator for Durango School District 9-R, where responsibilities include coordinating restorative practices, mentoring in-school personnel, and developing policies to improve student reintegration after behavioral incidents. In addition to current work, Brett has directed summer travel camps for Rein Teen Tours since 2008, supervising high school and middle school groups on cross-country tours. Previous roles include teaching wellness education at Ridgewood High School, serving as a group fitness instructor, and mentoring children with developmental challenges. Brett holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Adams State University and another in Health and Physical Education from Montclair State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Health Behavior Science from the University of Delaware.
