Michael Gilmore

Michael Gilmore has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as Director of Operations Planning and Product Management at Durasein, which they began in 2022. Prior to this, Michael served as President and Principal Consultant at Kynlyn Consulting LLC, where they focused on assisting small and middle-market manufacturing and distribution businesses. Michael also worked as a Management Consultant at Gates and Company, specializing in international management consulting and investment banking. Michael has experience as a General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Relang International LLC / GRL Industries LLC, where they were responsible for the P&L for the North America unit of a global solid surfaces manufacturer. Additionally, they held various roles at DuPont Building Innovations, including Global Business Manager, Global Planning Manager, and Strategic Projects Manager. Earlier in their career, Michael served as Global Product Team Manager, Distribution Channel Manager, and Remodel Segment Marketing Manager at DuPont Building Innovations. Michael began their career as Director of Marketing and Sales at DCV, Inc. (Arkion Life Sciences), where they led the introduction of a specialty pest control product for the professional turf care industry.

Michael Gilmore has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Champion and a Six Sigma Green Belt from DuPont in 2011 and 2006, respectively.
