Alicia Gasca has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Alicia began their career in 2002 as an Office/Human Resource Administrator at The George D. Alan. Company, where they provided administrative support and managed payroll and tax responsibilities. In 2005, they worked as an Escrow Assistant at LandAmerica American Title, handling administrative tasks related to title orders and document preparation. From 2007 to 2008, Alicia worked as a CSR/Collections/AR at LifeGas, analyzing customer and sales data and providing support to the sales and personnel department. Alicia then joined ThyssenKrupp in 2008 as a Billing Coordinator, where they performed data entry, expedited specialized forms, and processed change orders. Alicia transitioned to Balcones Resources in 2014 and worked as an Administrative Recycling Coordinator, assisting with administrative management, logistics, and coordination of meetings and events. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Strategic Account Manager at Balcones Resources, where they managed shred accounts, handled new account setup, and ensured accurate invoicing and service ticket reconciliation. Currently, Alicia is serving as a National Account Billing Specialist at DuraServ, beginning in 2019.

Alicia Gasca attended Lewisville High School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Brookhaven Community College from 1996 to 2000, studying General Studies.
