Mallory Manikowski

Mallory Manikowski, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at Duravent Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Steelcase as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Corporate Recruiter from December 2018 to April 2022, and at EG Workforce Solutions where responsibilities spanned Executive Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead - RPO, and RPO Recruiter from August 2015 to December 2018. Prior to that, Mallory worked as a Workforce Development Specialist with Michigan Works! Association from October 2012 to August 2015, advising West Michigan businesses on state-funded talent solutions and launching initiatives such as Career Quest 2015. Earlier experience includes work as a Polysomnographic Technician at Spectrum Health Sleep Disorders Center, where patient monitoring and treatment application were key responsibilities.
