Vikram Gopu

Vikram Gopu is an experienced IoT Developer currently working at DÜRR DENTAL SE since January 2021, focusing on Lambda Functions with Python 3 within the AWS environment. Previously, Vikram served as an IoT Firmware Developer at SOTEC Software Entwicklungs GmbH + Co Mikrocomputertechnik KG, where responsibilities included developing applications utilizing protocols such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, and BACnet. Vikram completed a Master Thesis at Universität Rostock, investigating a Secure CoAP Binding for BACnet/IT, and gained practical experience at Bosch Software Innovations, contributing to payload security for IoT privacy services and inter operable cloud services. Additional experience includes roles as a Java developer at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and a working student at Universität Rostock, specializing in Secure Streaming over CoAP. Vikram holds a Master’s Degree in Computational Science and Engineering from Universität Rostock and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kakatiya University.
