Zaid Alloush

Zaid Alloush has over 20 years of work experience in various information technology roles. Zaid is currently the Director of Information Technology at Dussur, where they lead and directs the IT function to ensure the effective deployment of best practices and latest technologies. Previously, they worked at Philip Morris International in roles such as IT Manager operations & Customer services, Market engagement, IS Manager Systems, and IS Project Manager. Before that, they worked at Arab Bank as an MIS Project Manager and HR and Administrative System Analyst, where they managed and supported the MIS team, enhanced in-house systems, and customized administrative systems. Zaid also worked at Honeywell Turki Arabia Ltd as a System and Database Administrator, managing various software and hardware, including the core system of the company Oracle ERP solution. Their early work experience includes a role as a Programmer and Junior Analyst at the Royal Hashemite Court, where they were responsible for the analysis, design, development, and testing of various modules.

Zaid Alloush graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology in the years 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained several certifications in 2022, including "Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)" and "RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders" from LinkedIn, as well as the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute.
