Rutger Sneep has held various sales roles throughout their career. Rutger started as a Senior Sales New Business at Xtandit in 2004 and later became a Senior Sales Production at Xtandit Xerox in 2010. Rutger then joined Ricoh Nederland, where they worked as a Sales Executive Solutions, an Account Manager, and eventually as a Sales Manager for Major & Strategic Accounts. After that, they transitioned to Scholten Awater as Manager Corporate Sales and then moved to Centralpoint, where they served as Manager Sales Large Enterprise and later as Sales Director Commercial Enterprise & MidMarket. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales Enablement, Portfolio & Solutions at Dustin, where they are responsible for transforming the sales and solutions organization.

Rutger Sneep completed their HEAO degree in Commerciële economie at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2001-2005. In 2006, they obtained a certification in "Selling 4 Succes" from Gazing Performance. In 2008-2009, they pursued Middle Management studies. Lastly, in 2016-2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business management/Bedrijfsmanagement from NOVI Hogeschool. In 2011, they obtained certifications in Document Solution Program from Ricoh Academy NL and Enterprise Content Management Practitioner from the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
