Carlos Francisco Mendoza

Carlos Francisco Mendoza is a seasoned data scientist with expertise in statistical analysis and actuarial science. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Dustin since August 2022, Carlos has previously held senior data scientist and senior statistician roles at AstraZeneca from August 2018 to August 2022. Carlos also has experience as a teaching assistant at Lunds universitet from August 2016 to July 2018, where a master's thesis on auditory attention was completed. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Odyssey Re as an actuarial analyst and catastrophe pricing modeler, and at Banamex as an actuarial analyst specializing in reserves and reinsurance. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mathematical Statistics from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
