Katie Cunningham

Katie Cunningham has over 10 years of work experience in customer success and account management roles. Their most recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Dusty Robotics, which they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at YOOBIC from April 2022 to June 2023, and a Senior Customer Success Manager at Offsight from May 2021 to April 2022. Katie also has extensive experience at Procore Technologies, where they worked in various customer success and account management roles from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they held marketing and sales roles at the West Central Tribune and Lakeside Press, and was a Manager/Personal Trainer at Snap Fitness 24/7.
