Marshall Hawley

Head of Field Operations at Dusty Robotics

Marshall Hawley is currently the Head of Field Operations at Dusty Robotics. Prior to this, they were with the company for 2 years and 4 months, during which time they held the positions of Head of Field Operations and Field Engineer. Prior to Dusty Robotics, Marshall was with Aerial Designs Inc. for 2 years and 11 months as a CAD & 3D Engineer. Using project management tools such as Accelo, they coordinated contractor and customer relations across the United States and Globally to ensure project accuracy and completion.

Marshall is also the CEO & Co-Founder of Candl, a position they have held for 1 year and 8 months. Prior to Candl, they were with Cadence Builds, LLC as a Project Manager for 3 years and 1 month. Marshall was also with Edifice Construction as a Project Engineer for 1 year and 8 months.

Marshall began their career as a Summer Intern with Doolittle Construction for 3 months. Marshall then went on to work as a Cashier with Safeway for 1 year and 8 months. Marshall has also held positions with Hoberg Enterprises as a Project Scheduler/Site Maintenance for 2 months and Naval Engineering Education Center as a Research Assistant for 8 months.

Marshall Hawley attended the University of Washington from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and System Engineering. During their time at the university, they were involved in Engineers Without Borders, Science and Engineers Business Association, and University of Washington Intramurals. Prior to attending the University of Washington, Hawley went to Southridge High School from 2006 to 2010. After graduation, they worked at the University of Washington Machine Shop.
