Nickolas Rossi

Nickolas Rossi has over 27 years of work experience. Nickolas began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at Alphaspace Research Corp. Nickolas then moved on to Loudeye in 1999 as a Lead Engineer. In 2001, they became the VP Engineering at thePlatform (Comcast acquired in 2006), where they were responsible for a 50-person engineering team building a SaaS platform. Nickolas then moved on to Creativepath in 2014 as a Principal. In 2015, they returned to PRENAV as VP Engineering, where they led robotics engineers (8-10) building algorithms and components for a high-precision autonomous UAV, tracking station, flight tools and photogrammetry services. Nickolas also developed foundational software architecture and compute platform unifying high-rate sensors, embedded controllers and cloud services. In 2019, they returned to PRENAV as Systems Architect. Most recently, they joined Dusty Robotics in 2020 as VP Engineering and Director of Software.

Nickolas Rossi graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
