Jim Slavich has extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries, including food processing, consumer goods manufacturing, and automotive supply. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dutch American Foods, Inc. since 2021, Jim Slavich previously held key HR roles at Scrap Metal Services, LLC, Vee Pak, LLC, RJ Van Drunen & Sons, Inc., UGN, Inc., and OSI Group. Throughout these positions, Jim Slavich has consistently reported to CEOs and owners, implementing comprehensive HR functions, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent acquisition for organizations with considerable employee bases.
