Alex Oliva

Alex Oliva is the Vice President of Information Technology at Dutch Bros Coffee. Alex has over 20 years of experience in IT, and has been with Dutch Bros for 6 years. Prior to Dutch Bros, Alex worked at Makita USA for 6 years, where they were responsible for modernizing the corporate IT department. Alex and their team rebuilt the company's IT infrastructure and set overall direction for technology through strategic planning and evaluation. Some of their notable accomplishments at Makita include implementing a corporate IT help desk system, replacing the antiquated System 70 mainframe with a BPCS ERP system, and architecting an employee portal that currently serves over 160 apps.

At Dutch Bros, Alex has continued their work in modernizing and streamlining the IT department. Alex has implemented various applications and systems that have increased efficiency and productivity across the company. Alex is passionate about their work and takes great pride in their team's accomplishments.

Alex Oliva has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
