Ann Miller

Ann Miller is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Since August 2022, Ann serves as a Board Member at Dutch Bros Coffee. Ann has held various leadership roles at Nike since August 2014, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Previously, Ann was the Vice President of General Counsel at Converse from June 2012 to July 2014, and held several positions at Nike, Inc. from March 2007 to June 2012. Ann began a legal career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and later served as a Senior Associate at Paul Hastings. Ann holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in History from Smith College.
