Kayla Barton

Kayla Barton has a diverse work experience history. Kayla started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From there, they worked as a Case Coordinator at Physicians' Review Network in 2010, and as a Digital Printing Department Manager at Consolidated Graphics from 2011 to 2012. Kayla then served as an Operations Manager at CDS Publications from 2015 to 2016, and later as a Digital Production Manager, responsible for managing production and optimizing labor. In 2016, Kayla founded their own ice cream shop called Sweet Cream, where they handled all aspects of the business until they successfully sold it in 2017. Following that, they worked at Dutch Bros Coffee as an Operations Support Specialist from 2018 to 2020, and then progressed to become the Director of Research & Development. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Director of Research & Development & Quality Control, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Vice President of Research and Development, overseeing activities in the R&D department and driving innovation and new product development.

Kayla Barton attended the University of Oregon from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Communication Studies. From 2007 to 2009, they specifically studied at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, focusing on Business Administration.
