Rex Gardner

Rex Gardner has extensive experience in the coffee and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Dutch Bros Coffee since February 2018. In this role, Rex oversees multiple locations, ensuring they meet company standards both culturally and operationally while also focusing on leadership development. Prior to this position, Rex worked at Willamette Pass Resort from November 2015 to March 2017, holding various roles including Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, and Snow Cat Operator.
