Ralph Houthuizen

Ralph Houthuizen serves as General Counsel at Dutch Flower Group since April 2018, providing legal advice and support to the Board of Directors and employees across various legal domains including contracts, labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Previously, Ralph was Senior Legal Counsel at Koninklijke PostNL B.V. from June 2011 to April 2018, responsible for commercial contracts related to procurement, real estate, and postal transport, as well as guiding tender and procurement processes. Ralph's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Jurist at AKD and Jurist at Simmons & Simmons, focusing on notarial advice and real estate practices. Ralph began a career in real estate as a Commercial Employee at OVG Projectontwikkeling. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Dutch, International and European Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
