Ngolwe Sikazwe

Ngolwe Sikazwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, business advisory, and agricultural development. Currently serving as the Southern Africa Regional Business Origination Advisor at the Dutch Fund for Climate and Development since June 2024, Ngolwe has previously held key positions including Portfolio Manager for the ENTERPRISE Zambia Challenge Fund at Self Help Africa, and Project Manager for the Integrated Nutrition and Smallholder Support Programme at Development Aid from People to People. Ngolwe's background also includes roles as Business Support Officer at NIRAS International Consulting, Regional Manager at KickStart International, Project Coordinator at Plan International, and Project Officer at Africare.
