Marelva de Bruin is an experienced freelance make-up artist with a career spanning over two decades, starting with Marelva, make-up & haar in January 1998. Currently serving as a make-up artist for diverse artists at Make-up & haar ontwerp Mr Moon Snowapple since May 2021, Marelva also holds a long-term position as a grimeur at Nationale Opera & Ballet since January 2002. Additional roles include ownership of Due grappi, a wine import business from June 2016 to December 2021, and contributions to various film projects such as the make-up and hair design for "Piece of My Heart" and "a Moonless Night." Marelva has also imparted knowledge as a workshop instructor at the Nederlands Instituut voor Beeld en Geluid from May 2010 to November 2017. Education includes attendance at Cito 5 in Antwerpen.
