Jim Bower

Jim Bower has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Jim began their career at The Schwan Food Company in 1989 as an Account Sales Representative, where they developed and implemented sales and marketing plans for major accounts. In 2009, they joined Dutch Valley Food Distributors Inc. as a Territory Sales Representative, responsible for providing sales and marketing solutions for independent bulk food stores. Over the years, Jim has progressed within the company and held roles such as Sales Manager for the Atlantic Coast Region and currently serves as the Director of Sales, overseeing a team of territory sales representatives and leading the design and execution of sales strategies and marketing programs to drive growth for the company's independent bulk food stores.
