Olivia Ojalvo, MS, PMP, is a skilled Training and Development Consultant at Duty First Consulting, specializing in the creation of interactive training courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360 for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Capital Management Consultant, where Olivia developed surveys for the Department of Veterans Affairs and transformed data into insightful reports using Power BI and SurveyMonkey.
