David V.

David V. currently serves as the Deputy Chief of IT Operations and Support at the Illinois Tollway, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, David V. accumulated extensive experience at FTD from 1999 to September 2022, progressing through various managerial positions including Manager of IT Desktop Services, Manager of IT Systems Support and Administration, and Manager of NOC/Data Center Operations. Earlier in David V.'s career, experience as a Helpdesk Technician was gained at Sentinel Technologies from March 1998 to November 1999. David V. earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, with studies spanning from 2016 to 2023.
