Ilya Khrushch

Ilya Khrushch is an experienced Data Analyst currently leading analytics for the CRM department at DUXGroup, focusing on optimizing customer relationship management strategies. Previously at Kapitalbank, Ilya enhanced data visualization standards and improved financial reporting efficiency. At Ridotto, Ilya developed a robust reporting infrastructure in Tableau and utilized machine learning algorithms for product metric analysis. Ilya also founded Lichba sp. z o.o. as a Data Scientist, creating a system for assessing healthy environments. Earlier roles included serving as CTO at VidaLink LLC, leading embedded development, and working as an Electric Engineer at MediuM, evaluating solar energy systems. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University and has furthered education in Germany and Poland.
