Andrea A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrea started their career at Cato Corporation in 2005 as a Planner, where they were responsible for developing merchandise shipping strategies, creating plans for new store openings, and forecasting sales on a weekly basis. Andrea also collaborated with Planners and Senior Planners on budgeting for future purchases and trained new analysts.

In 2008, Andrea joined Chicos FAS Inc. as an Associate Planner. Their responsibilities included creating seasonal plans, replenishing inventory, developing sales/profit strategies, and generating reports for management on financial results. Andrea worked closely with their colleagues to ensure proper inventory levels and achieve sales targets.

In 2011, Andrea joined Graebel Companies, Inc. as an International Move Coordinator for Commercial Accounts. Andrea then progressed to the role of International Operations Supervisor in 2012 and International Operations Manager in 2015. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating and managing international moves, ensuring operational efficiency, and supervising a team. Andrea then moved on to become a Senior Manager of Global Service Delivery in 2017 before taking on their current role as the Global Operations Director and Data Analytics since October 2021.

Andrea then attended UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business. Continuing their academic journey, Andrea pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashford University between 2005 and 2007, specializing in Business.
