Previous roles include Restaurant and Bar Manager at Malabar Hill and Food and Beverage Executive at The Hill Club NuwaraEliya in Sri Lanka. Jude has also held positions as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, as well as Food and Beverage Executive at The Fortress Resort and Spa.
