Marie Xerri-Glass

Marie Xerri-Glass possesses extensive experience in human resources management, having spent over 15 years in various leadership roles. At D&V Electronics since October 2007, Marie has been instrumental in establishing and developing the Human Resources department to support the company’s growth, focusing on policies, recruitment, and health & safety. Previously, as Human Capital Manager at TeleTech from February 2005 to February 2007, Marie restructured the HR department, enhancing inter-departmental communication and implementing successful recruitment strategies that significantly reduced attrition rates. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Training Development at Teleperformance, where Marie led the establishment of HR and training functions, and developed crucial policy frameworks and performance management programs. Marie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley, UK, completed between 1996 and 2001.
