Ashley Fister

Ashley Fister's work experience began in 2015 at Insight Global, where they worked as an Account Manager and Tech Recruiter. Ashley then joined Enova International in 2016 and held various roles, including Tech Recruiter I and II, and Sr. Tech Recruiter I and II. In 2021, Ashley joined Meta as a Technical Sourcer, and in 2023, they joined DV Trading LLC as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the technology domain.

Ashley Fister earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they attended from 2011 to 2015.
