Aaron Couch, MAOD

Aaron Couch, MAOD has a long and varied work experience. Aaron began their career in 2000 as a Director at Robert Half International, where they were a Sr. Staffing Manager and then moved into management. In 2006, they joined Clearpoint Solutions Inc. as a Sr. Contract Delivery Manager/Sr. Executive Recruiter, where they were responsible for Executive Recruiting for Big 4, Retail and California based CPA firms. In 2010, they became a Sr. Business Development Manager at Experis Engineering. In 2011, they became a Regional Managing Partner at Finding Good People, where they served Executive level opportunities in the Southern and Northern California markets. In 2013, they joined AT-Tech as a Nor Cal Area Manager I Sr. Technical Recruiter and Senior Major Account Executive. In 2015, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Corporate Regional Recruiter I HR Business Partner. In 2018, they became a Sr. Recruiter/Program Manager at Wollborg Michelson Recruiting. In 2020, they joined Strategic IT Staffing, LLC as a Sr. Business Development Manager/Sr. Recruiting Manager and Nesco Resource as a Sr. Manager Strategy Business Development. Currently, they are a Manager of Talent Delivery, U.S.A. at DVBE Connect, where they coach operations, staffing and recruitment teams on strategy, hiring and best practices in regards to professional talent and account management.

Aaron Couch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from San Francisco State University. Aaron then completed College Prepatory at El Camino Fundamental High School, including AP courses. In 2020, they obtained an OSHA certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA. Aaron is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Ashford University I Forbes School of Business & Technology.
