Pat McChesney, CEM has a strong background in the energy industry with experience in various leadership roles. They started their career as a Business Development Intern at Lockheed Martin, where they assisted in lead generation and research. They later became an Energy Advisor, delivering energy savings for commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.
After their time at Lockheed Martin, Pat joined INF Associates as the Director of Sales and New Business. In this role, they captured rebates and incentives for customers installing energy-efficient equipment and worked with facility management to design and implement energy-saving projects.
Following their role at INF Associates, Pat joined CPower Energy Management as the Vice President & General Manager - NYISO. They were responsible for strategic leadership and P&L management, implementing sales goals, and launching new products to meet energy program demands.
Currently, Pat works at DVM Industries as the Vice President of National Facilities & Energy Services. They specialize in national facilities maintenance and turnkey energy efficiency projects, ensuring smooth operations and decreasing operating expenses for clients.
Throughout their career, Pat has demonstrated expertise in energy efficiency, sales, and business development.
Pat McChesney, CEM pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, from 2009 to 2012. Before that, from 2008 to 2009, Pat attended the State University of New York Cortland for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Pat holds a certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers.
