Rachel Howell

Rachel Howell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at D&W Fine Pack since March 2014, Rachel has previously held the position of On-Site Staffing Specialist at Pro Resources Staffing Services from August 2007 to March 2014. Responsibilities included serving as a liaison for temporary employees, managing attendance and disciplinary matters, and maintaining Excel reports for stakeholders.
