Haden McDonald

Haden never expected to be working in the retirement plan industry, but DWC was a comfortable fit for him. As a former high school math teacher, he enjoys teaching sponsors and advisors about the ins and outs of their retirement plans. He appreciates the depth and breadth of knowledge there is to learn about plans and shares that with his clients. One of his favorite components of compliance work is doing calculations for plans. The complex math and (nearly) definitive answers makes the work he does very satisfying.
