Tom Giles

Tom Giles currently serves as the Head of APAC for SDR Management and Customer Success at DWCC, a role held since November 2020, overseeing operations in the APAC region for a global managed service partner focused on tailored SaaS and B2B Go To Market strategies. Previous positions include Sales Development Lead and Account Development roles at Thales, Business Development Manager for OT Security and IoT Cyber Security, and roles in data loss prevention and digital transformation at Endpoint Protector by CoSoSys and Spectro Cloud, respectively. Tom's career began with a focus on corporate events at Falmouth University, where Tom also co-founded Aware LTD. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from Falmouth University and has a strong foundation in various aspects of business development and customer success.
