Paul Allen has extensive experience in architecture and design, currently serving as Principal at dwell design studio, llc since September 2016. Prior roles include Studio Director at The Preston Partnership from September 2013 to September 2016, Project Manager at THW Design from July 2010 to September 2013, and Sr. Project Manager at The Preston Partnership from 2000 to July 2010. Paul also held positions as Project Manager at Preston Phillips Partnership from 1997 to 2000, Job Captain/Project Manager at O'Kon & Company from 1993 to 1997, and Staff Designer at Gresham, Smith and Partners in 1993. Paul began the career as Base Architect at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base between 1986 and 1990. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Architecture from Clemson University (1990-1992) and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture from Clemson University (1980-1986).
