Thomas Wages

Thomas Wages has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Thomas is currently the Chief People Officer at dwell design studio, where they oversee talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Thrive, where they played a key role in doubling the company's size and revenue growth. Thomas has also held leadership positions at Look-Listen, Moxie, and WAGES GROUP, where they focused on HR, culture building, and strategic consulting. In addition, Thomas has a background in talent recruitment and training, having worked at Warner Bros. Discovery in various roles, including Director of Talent and Senior Brand Manager. Furthermore, they have experience in the music industry, having founded Blue Dot Music and developed Grammy-winning talent.

Thomas Wages has studied at the University of Georgia. Thomas attended the Terry College of Business, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Thomas also studied at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, specializing in Marketing and Communication. Additionally, Thomas Wages attended the Lamar Dodd School of Art, concentrating on Design and Applied Arts.
