Karen Bryant

Karen Bryant has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Karen most recently served as the VP of Talent & Organizational Development at DWFritz Automation since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Micro Systems Engineering, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources. From 2012 to 2016, they were the HRIS Program Manager at the same company.

Before joining Micro Systems Engineering, Inc., Karen worked at Towers Watson as an HR Business Analyst and HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2012. Karen also has experience as an HR/Office Manager at United Stationers Supply Company from 2006 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Generalist at VMC Consulting Corp. from 2005 to 2006 and ER Solutions from 2003 to 2005. Karen began their career as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from 2002 to 2003.

Karen Bryant attended Pacific Lutheran University - School of Business from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2005, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in 2006, Karen received a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Most recently, in 2018, they attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
