Anandhi Sridharan

Anandhi Sridharan is an experienced leader in the technology sector with a strong background in application development, automation, and business transformation. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Wipro since January 2022, Anandhi leads initiatives in Europe to enhance client operations. As a Director at Capgemini Engineering and a Senior Program Manager at IBM since February 2005, Anandhi oversees end-to-end delivery for a major customer, managing a team of 200 professionals. Previous roles include Vice President at Accenture and Team Leader at Covansys, where responsibilities included development and testing of banking applications and quality assurance for CMMI audits.
