Debra Dougherty

Debra Dougherty has an extensive career at IBM, where roles encompassed Software Programmer, Senior Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, and Manager from January 1993 until retirement in December 2018. Debra received a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology from Marist College between 1998 and 2001 and obtained a Project Management Certification from George Washington University.
