Marcia Scanlan

Marcia Scanlan has extensive experience at IBM, spanning from 1985 to the present, where Marcia served in several leadership roles. As a retired leader, Marcia led a specialized Sales Team focused on assisting Account Sellers in proposing, selling, and negotiating Software As A Service deals, and created a team of experts for new business initiatives. As an IBM Sales Leader and Director, Marcia successfully led teams to surpass quota objectives while selling Cloud Services in the Financial Services Industry. In the capacity of Sales Director for Hosting Services, Marcia was responsible for selling Strategic Outsourcing, Hosting, and EDI VAN Services. Additionally, Marcia held the title of Acquisition Integration Leader, focusing on integrating a newly acquired company with a broad SaaS portfolio into IBM. Marcia is an alumnus of the University of Connecticut.
