Neeraja Varre

Neeraja Varre is an experienced professional currently serving as a Value Stream Leader at IBM Consulting since November 2021. With a long tenure at IBM beginning in January 1997, Neeraja has held several key roles, including Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities include collaborating with Client Technical Directors and AVPs on critical programs to meet business needs and enhance client experiences. Previous roles at IBM include Program Manager, Lead PM, Manager, and Project Manager, as well as Application Developer, showcasing a diverse skill set in program and project management. Prior to IBM, Neeraja worked as a Programmer at Prudential Insurance from 1988 to 1997. Neeraja holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
