Shona Mason

Shona Mason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Manager at IBM Consulting Services since May 2010, Shona has previously held roles such as Business Transformation Consultant and Test Project Manager at Artech. Prior to this, Shona spent nearly a decade at IBM, where roles included Advisory IT Specialist and Test Manager, overseeing various testing phases for web-based and client/server applications. Earlier experience includes consulting for Renaissance Worldwide, Inc. on PeopleSoft HRMS, and working as a Software Quality Analyst III at MCI. Shona holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Hillsborough Community College, completed between 2001 and 2008.
