Prior to this, they held the position of Director Finance & Accounts at Interactive Group Of Companies from 2012 to 2016, a telecommunications and media business with expertise in information technology and telecommunication sectors. Hamid also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at DWP Group from 2002 to 2012, where they handled a wide range of consumer and industrial products and IT solutions. Hamid started their career as the Director Finance at DHA Lahore in 2000, an autonomous body managing housing, education, health, commercial areas, and recreational infrastructure. Hamid Mahmood (FCA) completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Govt. Islamia College of Commerce, Lahore between 1984 and 1986. Later, they pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 1987 to 1991, earning a degree in CA (Finance, Accounting & Taxation).
