Anna Humphrey

Anna Humphrey is a Customer Insight Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, overseeing the PR19 Customer Research programme and the ongoing research and insights strategy since October 2012. Previously, Anna managed the Chemical Investigations Project 2 and Phosphorus Trials as an AMP Project Scientist and completed a two-year Graduate scheme with placements in the Environment Team and Water Resources. In 2016, Anna was recognized as a Rising Star by the Institute of Water. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Hostess/Bar Staff at Swalec Stadium and as an Administration Officer at HM Revenue & Customs, where responsibilities included handling public enquiries and managing records. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds, completed in 2012, and attended Howell's School Llandaff from 2000 to 2008.
