James Holman

James Holman has extensive work experience in the field of regulation and economic management. James has worked as Head of Charges and Regulation at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Bristol Water plc, including Head of Economic Regulation, Regulatory Manager, and Regulation Analyst. At Bristol Water, they were responsible for tasks such as annual regulatory submissions, tariffs, price reviews, KPIs, and financial modeling. James also has experience in budget management and data coordination from their time as an Executive Officer at The Home Office. James began their career as a Tax Assistant at KPMG in 1999.

James Holman attended Nailsea School from 1991 to 1998. James then went on to the University of Reading from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern History & Politics, with a 2:1 classification. In addition, James Holman studied at BPP until 2007, where they obtained a CIMA degree, although the field of study is not specified.
