Nicola Marvelley

Nicola Marvelley is an experienced professional in workforce and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Workforce and OD at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board since June 2016. Concurrently, Nicola holds the position of Interim HR Consultant at RCT Homes Ltd., where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, policy reviews, and operational HR management. Additionally, Nicola has experience in talent development at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and has previously worked at Capital Law and RCT Homes Ltd. in learning and development roles, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales and a BA Hons in English Literature from Cardiff University, Nicola has successfully led various initiatives aimed at organizational improvement and staff development throughout a career beginning in 2001 with South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
