Stephen Shakespeare

Stephen Shakespeare has been with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since May 2012, holding various positions such as Head of Service Dam Safety, Dam Safety Engineering Manager, and Dam Safety Operations Manager. Stephen is responsible for dam safety, legislative compliance, and operations management of a large portfolio of impounding reservoirs and dams in North Wales. Prior to joining Welsh Water, Stephen worked at the Environment Agency from July 1998 to May 2012, where Stephen held roles such as Flood Incident Management Technical Specialist and Flood Risk Management Operations Team Leader. Stephen holds a BSc Hons in Construction Management and a HNC in Civil Engineering.
