Ali Yilmaz

Ali Yilmaz is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and project leadership. Currently serving as Leiter Projektgruppe „Stranded Asset“ at gif Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e.V. since March 2024, Yilmaz also holds the position of Team Lead Technical Asset Management Real Estate - Vice President at DWS Group since June 2018, where involvement includes senior roles in technical asset management. Previous roles include Project Manager at HADI TEHERANI from 2017 to 2018, and Construction and Contract Manager at DEPAR Baumanagement und Handels GmbH from 2014 to 2017, leading projects with strategic responsibility. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Real Estate Law from Universität Münster and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
