Hugues Tallier

Hugues Tallier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Platform Transformation at DWS Group since April 2017. In this role, Hugues leads initiatives to fully separate the DWS operating platform from Deutsche Bank, overseeing corporate functions, infrastructure, applications, and security services. Previously, Hugues held roles such as DWS Control Officer and Head of Regulatory Change, and Head of Transformation, where responsibilities included establishing a First Line of Defence control framework and preparing the DWS platform for its 2018 IPO. Prior to joining DWS, Hugues served as CIO Wealth Management a.i. at Deutsche Bank, and held director-level positions focusing on strategic program management and technology transformations within Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Hugues began a career in consulting with roles at Bearingpoint and Arthur Andersen, building a strong foundation in finance and operational excellence.
