Judith Hilton

Judith Hilton is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in risk management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of Non Financial Risk Management and Risk Management Programs at DWS Group since March 2018, Judith is responsible for overseeing non-financial and operational risks as well as change initiatives. Previously, as Regional Chief Risk Officer for Deutsche Asset Management, Judith ensured effective governance and management of financial and non-financial risks, directly reporting to the DeAM USA Risk Committee and Board. Judith's career includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, such as Regional Control Officer for Asset Management and Global Chief Operating Officer for Alternatives & Fund Solutions, as well as a Vice President role at JPMorgan Chase. Judith holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Pace University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
