Praveen Nair

Praveen Nair is currently serving as the Regional Reward, Talent Development, and HR Business Partner for Singapore and Australia at DWS Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Praveen held various positions at Deutsche Bank from June 2017 to November 2021, including Vice President and HR Advisor for Global Market Operations. Earlier experience includes leading the Human Resources function at Maersk Global Service Centers in Chennai from May 2014 to May 2017, and serving in multiple HR roles at Airtel from November 2009 to April 2014, where responsibilities included talent management and HR business partnering. Praveen began a career in HR as a Deputy Manager at Reliance Communications from July 2006 to October 2009. Praveen Nair holds an MBA in Human Resource from Amity University, completed in 2006.
