Michael Corcoran

Michael Corcoran is executive vice president of Strategy for DXC Technology. He works closely with the senior leadership team to drive DXC’s growth strategy and performance. His expertise lies in growth, strategy, business development, operations, digital transformation, innovation and acquisitions.

Michael has held a number of leadership roles including strategy, business P&L management responsibility, corporate development and business development. He has a proven leadership record driving substantial and sustainable improvements in profitable growth and performance.

Most recently, he was strategy and operations lead for WPP, a creative marketing and communications transformation company. He focused on accelerating the strategy to help companies unlock growth through data intelligence and technology-powered e-commerce, content, digital media and marketing technology operations solutions. In addition, he helped lead a number of large growth transformation customer partnership wins in e-commerce and marketing and communications digital transformation.

Prior to WPP, Michael spent 21 years at Accenture, where he held a variety of strategy, business P&L management responsibility, corporate development and business development growth leadership roles. He led many of the company’s largest acquisitions and large-scale customer digital transformation sales wins, and helped create and execute the strategy and plans to launch and scale the company’s business around business process outsourcing, cloud, security, interactive and Avanade.

He served as chief growth and strategy officer of Accenture Operations, with responsibility for all aspects of the strategy, plans and programs, including service offerings and capabilities, innovation, acquisition and investments. He also had management responsibility for the company’s operations' marketing, sales and customer operations, along with sourcing and procurement businesses.

Michael also served as Accenture Operations North America leader, where he focused on leading the acceleration of the company’s growth in North America.

Prior to Accenture, Michael worked in investment banking.
